Feel free to ask us questions about our qualifications, educational background and approach to resolving psychological issues. See these 20 minutes as a time for us to know each other and how we will launch and explore other mental health journey.

Our 50 minute sessions are all about paperwork, disclosure of the risks and benefits of therapy, informed consent and a collaborative approach towards change.

Each session will entail your courage and willingness to explore the S3LF according to the needs you present each time we meet.
